Terrible beyond words
The search engine is by far the worst. I type in the image WORD FOR WORD and the artist’s name AND I STILL CANNOT FIND THE IMAGE!!
Low Quality Images?
Why are the images in the app in low quality? Do I have to buy the update or something?
Search Feature has Stopped Working
I doubt it will be fixed, seeing as this app hasn’t been updated in years, but if you are the Dev reading this review, please fix the search feature. It’s stopped working.
Looks like there is no developer left
I was getting quite excited to download and use this app. But reading through the reviews I see there hasn't been a update or response for several years. So beware. I'm not gonna download it.

Ok app part’s broken
Works well, needs the pay version to access nsfw art. Also the watch feed does work. Just takes you to the same place as posting a status.

This app is great! I do kinda wish there is a commenting and chat update so I could talk to my friends. (DA is blocked on my phone right now) and I wish you can let users log in through the app as well. Otherwise this is a really good app :)
Until another Update Happens, it won’t work (?)
For now, I am unable to use it as the artist names no longer appear and no longer syncs favorites to the account. While the search function does still work as intended, without the ability to sync my actions to my account, the app is more useful as a rough search function over a replacement.
Honestly, if you want a replacement for the DA app, use the safari browser. It works, and has better functions than their own app.

No longer a useful app anymore
Since all categories have been eliminated there is no way to eliminate the 95% of the art I am not interested in. No longer use deviant art anymore like I did 5 years ago.
Very useful
I bought the paid pro version and it doesn’t give me the feature of being able to view owners other photos. I would hope that this gets fixed

The official deviantART app is as everyone here knows is just absolutely awful, in a recent update you can’t go full screen on some pictures this is what made me use deviantART Explorer app this app is better than the official app in more ways than one. You do have to pay a dollar to have no ads on this app but it’s totally worth it for having a way better user experience than the official app. I do have one problem for some reason almost every artist is listed as “WWW” and I don’t know why I don’t think it’s because the artist isn’t on da anymore as the ones listed as “WWW” still upload more art, but when I try to go to their profile it shows up as nothing, I hope they fix this soon. Overall a great app!

Category option stopped working
Worked great. Until the category option stopped working. It’d also be nice if it had a search by oldest function.

You know, when I try to search for specifically literature. I should get literature, not 98% images. If you can’t filter that out then why have a filter at all?
It’s the most infuriating app
When scrolling down with either of my phones it “sticks”. I don’t know how it’s doing it but it makes it impossible to look at anything. I never scroll through everything like I used to. It’s the most infuriating thing.
Did the developer die?
It's been two years or more. The app is quite buggy. Wished it was open source so someone else could of taken over.

Better than eclipse on mobile
Pros:
•search by category
•navigate your watch without the ui resizing
•actually select deviations to manage them
•this hasn't been updated in a year, so its probably not stealing your data

•no night mode
•view is more zoomed in than id like, especially on landscape

Can’t block
I’m really liking the app in almost all areas except for the fact that when I block someone it takes away all content whatsoever? Is this a big?
Night mode
I used this app for years and it’s way better than the official deviant art a-location. Now the fifth star will be added if a night mode is integrated into the next versions.
