Love program!!! GLITCH RUNNING IPAD 14.6

Works great on iPhone SE, but on iPad 14.6 will not let me save images. Screen locks on the pic, video, GIF page. Very frustrating. Am I doing something wrong?

All this does is distorts the picture and looks nothing like an art painting. Waste of money.
