Can it be used for commercial purposes?

I primarily create R18 adult content (manga, illustrations). I intend to use your 3D models as a tracing base, create works with significant additions and modifications, and sell them. As you know, Japan has strict regulations regarding portrait rights and copyright. Therefore, I wish to confirm the terms of use beforehand to proceed with my creative activities with peace of mind. I reviewed your website but could not find specific details regarding the terms of use, particularly concerning commercial use. I apologize for the inconvenience, but could you please clarify the scope of permission for using the "Art Model" 3D models as tracing bases for production and sale? Personally, I find this app exceptionally excellent for its ability to freely adjust body proportions and am very fond of it. I would be delighted if commercial use were possible. Ok for starters
This is ok for starters. But the other pose app from this maker called posemakerpro is way better with morph adjustments.

I’ve had this app for a while and it’s a great tool for my art projects. I’m glad to see an update, but why not be able use the new clothing options on morphable characters?
Chair glitch won’t delete
Whenever I add the chair prop and try to delete it, it would not disappear. Please fix.
The furry community would love it if you added this idea
The furry community would be very interested if you added more models of anthropomorphic species, such as wolves, felines, reptiles, bears and fantasy creatures; I really like the app, but if it had what I said it would be much more accurate and it would have many more people buying its app . It's a request, I hope you can read it 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏. I'll give them 5 stars when they can put that in ✨ Greetings to the creator of this app.

Good, but hasn’t reached its full potential.
The body customisation options are probably the best out of all the posing apps on the market. The character renderings feel a little dated but if you’re not concerned with realism and only care about a basic reference pose then there’s a lot to like. Another good area is clothing options, other posing apps fall short in this area so even though the items or clothing are limited it’s a good enough selection for a basic reference. Area’s of improvement would be skin tones, the default skin tone is good, but the other options look like just a colour overlay has been added which makes things look less believable. Facial expressions also seem off, something about the models teeth looks unnatural. A pivot control for the upper leg would be useful as well, it’s very awkward trying to position the legs without that hip joint control. I would also suggest having the ground plane prop be turned on by default. It’s difficult to know whether the model is actually touching the ground without it. Overall, not bad, but some improvements here would do wonders for the app.

Good base, but many improvements needed
It’s a good start. It allows some customization other lack, especially regarding facial expressions. But there are outright glitches that make it very frustrating to use. Example: if you save a morph (configuration), load it, and try to modify it it nearly always wrecks your element. The undo doesn’t always work, especially if you’re trying to recover from that specific glitch.
It doesn’t look like there was any effort to stop clipping.
The color system is the worst of the apps I’ve used. This could be easily addressed with presets, especially skin tones and hair colors.
What this app does the best is body type customization. It’s a bit of a tease, because in some regards it allows excellent customization, but in others it doesn’t offer any. Example: you can model a wide variety of body types, but facial customization is very limited.
This app allows “zobification” and other “monster” mods to the models which is very cool.
It doesn’t look like there was any effort to stop clipping.
