Difficulty in completing order
I had a difficult time completing my order today. My page cap with switching between the regular website and the app.
Excellent Tea
The quality of this tea is excellent. It’s delicious, beautiful and healthy. I’m glad I found it.
Never was finalized
I email with and issue with previous order. Merchandise was only ten items receive instead of 12. Never was inform what actions were taking.
The tea is excellent. Customer service not so much.
I absolutely love this tea. Earl Gray Crème is my favorite. On the website they offer a free item sometimes if you spend over 100.00. It’s advertised but won’t let me add it to the order. Also, I have monthly subscription and order points for money off. I tried to order tea for my daughter in ID. $127.00 worth. I could not get the free item or use the money savings. There’s no number to call. No chat button. No way to get assistance.
