Not up to speed yet

No way to log in to get my own reservation and details. Folio shows charges from other guests in May and June (it is now July)
Guest services report shows items requested and received from other guests in May and June. Front desk at current stay(Sarasota) said re install app. Did so: no change. Irresponsible for app creators to release version that doesn’t work. Front desk unable to resolve problem. Great hotel! Great stay! Fix it please.
