Wonderful app
Great library of not just tangles but also strings and enhancers with lots of links for further inspiration. The ‘raffle’ aspect means you can generate random combinations and then have fun using them to create a tile. I have some of Eni Oken’s courses and ebooks too - love her stuff.
Great app!
I saw someone mention this app on some social media. I decided to look because I am new to Zt and like to try all the ‘things’ but deciding which ones is difficult. This app removes all the thinking.! I love it! It IS FREE! Loving the selection of ones I know and the variety of new (to me)!!
It doesn't work
Unfortunately, on my Iphone with the latest update, all I get is a black screen.
Disappearing tiles
I love this app. Perfect for when I draw on the go with my sketchbook and I don’t have a tangle reference book on hand for ideas. The ONLY problem is tangle tiles have gone missing !!!! pinwheel string, mooka 3d, flukes, Rixty 3d … these were some of the tangles that I was using for a class so I’m wandering what happened ????

Perfect
What a gift! I needed to watch a video to realise you need to swipe to look at the back of the card for the tangle instructions, but once I did that I couldn’t believe what a perfect this app is. Thank you.

AMAZING DRAWING APP!
If you love to create art and draw, you'll definitely want to have this app. This app helps me every time I use it. It's easy to use, graphics are clear, examples are wonderful, and all around 5 star help with learning how to draw some tangles.
I also love how I can group the tangles, strings, and techniques so I can focus on a group of similar drawings at the same time.

Best ZenTangle tool!
This app is incredible, I like to use it as prompts to draw tangles but I also find that if I’m looking for a type of tangle say floral, ribbon or leaf, I can type it in the search and there are so many choices. I love when I find a new to me tangle that the step out is on the flip side. Great app and it’s free which is even better. Thank you!!!

Easy and fun to use
This is a great app to help you come up with ideas for making beautiful tangles. You can combine strings, tangles, fillers, etc. There are instructions for each, it’s easy to swap out an option, and you can save the whole set of you’d like. It’s a great tool for providing inspiration or breaking you out of a rut where you use the same tangles over and over. Updates are made as needed too. Great app.

Wonderful resource, constantly updated
Art Raffle is an absolutely wonderful resource! It looks a being constantly updated and expanded. It may not have as many tangles on it as certain websites have yet. BUT not only does it have tangles and strings, but it has enhancers, fillers, techniques. It has guided option for when you just want someone else to pick, or freeform where you can guide yourself. And each and every option not only comes with instructions, but also comes with picture and links to projects that Eni Oken has done using that tangle etc. And more often than not there are several examples. Just a fabulous tool. Best resource out there.

Great For Tangle Artists!
I couldn’t get this app on my old phone, so I loaded it as soon as I got my new phone! So much inspiration packed in a tiny app! Definitely a must have if you do Art of any kind!

I use this app often, in my CZT practice and in my teaching. It’s a wonderful thing to have most of my favourite tangles all in one spot. And Eni always does an amazing job of showcasing the patterns.
I love this Zentangle app!
I’ve been tangling for years and I use this app when I feel a creative block. I often learn a new pattern or find a string I’ve never thought of using. The examples of various elements are so inspiring. If you are new to tangling or have been tangling for a long time, I recommend this user-friendly and inspiring app.

One thing came to mind which would give it 6 of my stars 🌟 would be a way to upload photos of the tiles I have created with each of the Raffles. So, when I open Art Raffle1, it would show the tiles I created with those Tangles.
