Excessive advertising RUINS this game
There’s an ad after every third or fourth move I make. It’s exhausting to play this Art Puzzle game. I downloaded 6 different Art Puzzle apps to try out; I liked the classic books and artwork on this app the best but the frequency of the ads was the worst! I would enjoy the experience a lot more if I didn’t have to constantly close down the app/close the ad and reopen the game constantly. It’s just not worth my time and effort if I want to relax for a while playing a game but instead, I end up spending 20% of my time dealing with the ads. Why do app developers pound their audience with advertising?! Just charge a one-time fee and most people would be happier.

Frustrating!
Concept is great, but most of the puzzles are very dark, and completing them is a lot of eye strain!
Also when placing the objects, it is way too precise. You can hover over the spot, but if you are a tiniest bit off, it won’t ‘click’ in place. Way too frustrating and it gives me a headache.

I have been playing this game for a long time now and I love it. But it needs to add more stories. I have finished all of the ones you have. Please let me know when you are adding new ones. Thanks

I have always rated this app 5 stars, because it was my favorite puzzle game by far. As a vociferous reader, the whole concept made it truly unique and interesting. Some of my favorite novels have been included.
I have rated it 3 stars this time because I am wondering where new content may be.
I recognize you are a small company, which makes time short. However, instead of new content with each update, a new concept has been added then changed and changed again. A lot more ads have been added as well.
If there was any new content I would happily pay to have ads removed. Instead of making different features then changing them numerous times, it would put my rating back to 5 stars to see more of the original content.
Please add more novels, and/or complete the ones that have been available for some time.

Love this game! Attractive illustration! However, I have to disable network connection, open it, then enable connection to load content. Except daily puzzle, no response if i open another event.

New glitches
I luv this game and I really don’t play games. I enjoy the classics and the beautiful pictures that they provide to go along with them. After this last update I started to notice that while trying to place new cards in their appropriate decks they would show other decks to place them in. Either way the new cards would not be delivered to any of the decks. I’ve completed all my puzzles and stories. The app either has no additional books or puzzles or something is wrong. I can’t access my own data to verify if there is an issue with my account. I’m not able to find easy ways through my app to contact anyone or to see about updates. I’m also unable to get to store to shop for any items.
I have always rated a strong 5***** for this app but unless I can get my problems fixed I can not rate higher than 3***. I currently feel that may be generous at this point.
I’ve never been able to locate any descriptive rules for the game either. This may be an oversight on my part but would like to see some either way.

Great game, fun puzzles that get harder
This is a great game to play that gets harder as you go along. It’s fun to see great works of literature depicted in a beautiful, visual format. I have to comment on one of the latest pieces of literature by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. It has been misnamed as The Hound of Bakersville. It should be The Hound of the Baskervilles. Small criticism, wonderful game.

Great concept but some issues
I love this game! I’ve had it for a while now. But they don’t update puzzles for such long periods of time.. it’s making it very disappointing. Also there’s an issue with the Jekyll and Hyde story being placed over other photo albums. Like it’ll tell me the J&H story when I start a new Secret Garden puzzle.

I’m REALLY grateful that y’all made an effort to fix the stories that go with the puzzles so that they actually make sense now there’s just one problem. Do you realize that the story with the secret garden is actually the one for doctor Jekyll and Mr Hyde?? I don’t even know for sure yet if you got other stories mixed up but that one for sure needs to be fixed

Puzzles have gone months and months with no updates
Why hasn’t there been any updated puzzles for Jane eyre or pride and prejudice?! It’s been months and months!

The new stuff is okay as it gives more things to do while waiting for new books or new puzzles for the current books.
It is been a long time since there have been new puzzles for long time players. I know you’re a small company and I get the new stuff but it would be nice to not have to redo each puzzle over and over again.

Wonderful addictive game
I love this game especially the stories. Also love the events just wish you would update the stories. They haven’t been updated in a long time. I know it takes time. But I’ve accumulated over a 100,000 ink drops waiting. Have nothing to spend them on so as I play they increase. But I’m addicted so I play every day anyway. I’ve redid most puzzles twice already. Lol This game is wonderful keep up the good work.
