DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!
I played this app for a year and won about $120 total. I requested cashout and never got it. They told me to give them my bank acct info instead of using PayPal. I will not! Why offer PayPal if it’s not an option? I did email support. They sent a notification to all users about a week after I sent the email stating all payouts would resume the following week. I never got paid even after several emails. They just don’t respond. Now my cashout history is completely gone. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! THEY DONT PAY!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I played this game for 8 months. I accumulated almost $130. I was hesitant to cash out originally because they wanted your banking information to do so. That’s not going to happen. I then suggested that they offer PayPal or CashApp as a safer option. They did add that a couple months ago so I requested cash out April 29th. I haven’t seen the money yet so I emailed them several times. They have responded and requested my bank information again to process the payment. Again…..not gonna happen! It’s 2023, you should be able to manually pay someone via PayPal even if you’re having glitches or bugs on your app. Plenty of other apps pay manually. So until I’m paid for the time I put into the app, i won’t be playing nor will I refer anyone to this scam of an app that y’all got goin. Best wishes!

Still not received my withdrawals and still not received a reply to my emails from customer support…
This is very disappointing to have to write another review stating my withdrawals haven’t been paid..
Every now and then I get a notification from the app stating payments are being processed through PayPal next week!!!
That was last month !! I have a right mind to report this now..
I can only think how many people are in this position overwhelmed winning and withdrawing to only not receive it. its not only u fair but cruel of the App Developers to lead people on this way.
I’d be grateful and respectfully rectify my review on receiving my money.
ANOTHER UPDATE’5th May 2023 enjoying the frequency of auctions to play but very disappointed the fact even now using the new PayPal system to withdraw I’m still waiting for over £60 to reach my PayPal account having been one at the beginning of 5th April 2023 and one at 28th April 23 I e sent multiple emails to my surprise I’ve received nothing back as to an explanation of why I’ve not yet received my winnings .. UPDATE!! March 2023 Waiting on withdrawals from dec 2022 plus three withdrawals in 2023 account states completed with one pending, yet again NoT received very disappointed multiple emails sent with no response… I did receive £50 previously reviewed about this tool about two months to go through which is unacceptable but thankfully l I received it just waiting for my next withdrawals. Other then the withdraw issues the APP is great x really enjoy the layout of the App and auctions to play through, having been lucky and won several Auctions cashing out over £50 but having to constantly email support to question my winnings as they state paid in my ArtBet App but nothing has been deposited into my account ! Several email support responses to this stating my winnings are on the way and they are trying to process funds at faster rates. This has been over a month now and I’ve still not received my money so yes very questionable on how much of this is actually legit or just another way to reel in users to bump their account status higher .. will update if I ever receive my funds.

What exactly is the point of sending me my verification email 8 hours after i requested it? Very poor start to what i believed was a very interesting app.
Update: since writing that above i have had no luck at all to register as every method I use just hits an Error. so I guess I will move on to an app that wants me on it.

Can’t even give the app a chance
Can’t get passed the phone number screen. Keeps suggesting the phone number is wrong and giving me an error. Would love some support from the developer. Already attempted to reinstall the app, no luck.
