Frequent Logins
Good content. Frustrated that requires a login seems like every few days. Perhaps relatedly, thumbnails often don’t load, which is also annoying. Simple issues dragging down what could be a much better user experience.

I’ve been subscribed for three weeks. Great selections of paintings, photos, videos. Beautiful and meaningful for artwork.

I can’t tell how to turn off ads or these turn off what kind of ads I see but they are disgusting.
Has a lot of potential but is clunky
Claims to be intuitive but needs a lot of work to earn that description. For example I can’t see how to add more than one artwork to an artcast at a time, which should be an easy intuitive process but it is not.
Fantastic App
I have really enjoyed this app. I play Artcast daily on several TVs in my home to enhance the ambiance and experience new artists and artwork. Highly recommend.
How to Subscribe?
Looks very promising but free version ads are repetitious and too frequent. How do you subscribe other than PayPal?
No Customer Service
I have tried 100 times to reset my password (which btw is correct in the first place) and never receive the email to reset that I requested. No phone # to call. Nothing. Canceling. Won’t let me log in.
Made Me Fall in Love with Art
I knew very little about are before, but this app makes it so enjoyable and easy to appreciate and share. On Apple TV it feels like having a personal art gallery in my home. My wife and I love to have different galleries showing in the background all of the time. On mobile it’s been great to curate artcasts for the TV when we want to show a particular theme. It has also allowed us to quickly explore a world of art that we never knew existed. I love their rotating new galleries as well. So happy to have found this!

No support
Interesting product but never could figure out to the make it turnkey on the Apple TV - you seemingly have to always make some selection, but your favorites never show anywhere. I reached out to their support email but they never responded to help me figure out what I might be doing wrong. Disappointed.

Broken
This app appears to be broken. On my fully updated AppleTV, the images will not load. I cannot get past the introductory catalog — once I click into a gallery I get an endless twirling wheel - and no images. So far, the only way to fix it has been to delete and reload the app. I have now done this four times in the past two days, and it isn’t worth the trouble. I’m canceling my subscription and giving up

It’s like Spotify for art!
I’ve been using the Samsung version to cast art to my TV, and it’s completely transformed my living room. Now with the iPhone app, it’s even better—I can browse and build my own Artcasts on the go! It’s like Spotify but for visual art, or a sleek, modern version of Getty Images just for inspiration and enjoyment. The design is clean, and the variety of artwork is incredible. Huge props to the team for creating something so unique and calming to have on display.

Fantastic Art Selection!
Incredible array of art. Intuitive interface. Love the idea of supporting artists and expanding access to artwork made around the world. One of my favorite apps. We use the TV app to display art in our home and the iPhone app to create custom Artcasts and Favorites.
Extremely slow
Takes about 5 min to open. Once it does finally open, it takes a few seconds to respond to scrolling. When you choose something to cast it takes a few minutes to open. seems to freeze a lot. It also occasionally closes on its own (crashes). I also wish you could pick one art piece for it to cast continuously.

Please Update to 4K?
The art is nice and the app is tasteful, but it’s really not worth it to look at HD images on my 4K TV. Will keep looking for other apps for now.
