Application très simple à utiliser même pour des personnes qui ne savent rien faire lol. Je mettrai juste un bémol sur les difficultés des exercices qui ne sont pas assez difficile. Un point que j avais déjà abordé… je ne me suis pas servit du coté musical. Je recommande grâce à l appli j ai récupéré un peu de flexion
