Not very user friendly

My landlord recently moved over to this platform for all issues. On the plus side I can see the progress of issues raised. However the app is not very user friendly In particular these two points: firstly log in. Each time I have to re-enter username and password. It’s a pain. Surely they can introduce Face ID or at least let me autofill my email address.
Secondly, when I want to attach an image it opens a list of my albums and the list is in an arbitrary order. The recents folder is buried somewhere random. In most apps the recent folder is on top or at the very least the list is in alphabetical order. I shouldn’t have to scroll to the pits of hell to find a pic I took 30

Really simple

Easy to use and keep track of your tenancy and raise repairs etc
Only started using this a month ago but should’ve used it from the start of my tenancy so much easier .

Appalling and unhelpful

I cannot see the purpose of this app at all, if anything needs doing I must still directly contact the estate agent. This is a pointless obstacle to overcome.

Tired of uninstalling and installing this app

One of the most useless app which keeps crashing . Will delete it and am not going to use it again!!!

Crashing

Such a bad app it is - keeps on crashing

Absolutely useless

It works for couple of days and then stopped even opening it you must uninstall and reinstall it again in order to get access to the app . Apple should review this and not let such broken apps causing hassle to its customers!!!!
