Our support email is active and fully functional — the initial issue occurred because the wrong address was used, and once corrected, we were able to assist promptly. For verification, the profile name must match the name on the verification document exactly. This requirement helps ensure participant safety and prevent fraudulent activity. We guided this user through the process several times, but the name on the profile did not match the ID, which prevented verification. The app otherwise functions as expected.
