Horrible Updates/Unusable Options
Paid for the premium option to make a friend a present of a deck. Went to go search for a type of border and nothing is searchable, literally nothing shows up… nothing is available to choose… completely useless. There is no “cancel subscription” IN the app, you must go through banking services or try to contact them which may take forever. This app was my favorite to use but now it’s borderline unusable

Not good anymore
The original Artificer was better. It was simple. You could create any car you wanted and save it to your phone. You didn’t need to be online overall it was better they ruined it. It’d be nice if They had a version of the original that anyone could access

App used to be good. Then they deleted all my stuff and required me to make an account. Account doesn’t bring back my old work. All gone. Also they’re doing AI stuff now too. Lame AF.

They really had something awesome and then ruined the UI, paywalled and removed features, and deleted all of my old custom concepts.
ALMOST does what I want it to
For an app it sure does like to glitch out and fight me for control of the editing features of the cards I’m trying to alter and design basically have to scrap every attempt if I can’t get it done in five minutes or it freezes up and crashes out forcing me to start over. Been like this for a few months now

Just a horribly-coded app
It looks so good when you’re using it and it would be so amazing for card creation. The interface seems intuitive and reasonable, hundreds of frames and style. But it’s like looking at something amazing through a chain-wire fence but the fence is how many stupid bugs and oversights there are. In the middle of making a card? Ah too bad, all of a sudden you can’t click the back button, so you have to go back to the main page. Ope! To add insult to injury, the app doesn’t autosave your progress, so you have to start over! If they can fix how badly this app is put together, it would just totally smash the other apps

App Was Ruined
Artificer used to be my absolutely favorite tool to use to make custom cards. Every designing tool you needed was available for free and the UI was simple and intuitive. I had been using it for years to make my own proxy card designs. Then one day they released an update that asked you to sign into an account which you never used to need. When you made one, you realized that all your previously saved creations had been erased. Not only did they delete all of your hard work, the tool itself actually got WORSE. The app became buggy and there were features they took out or hid behind a paywall. Nothing worked well and it was shocking to see how bad the designers managed to screw up such a cool app. Needless to say, this app is 100% garbage now and I wish the creators had just left it as it was. If they needed to make money on it they could’ve added some extra cosmetics that people could purchase or make us watch a short ad when we open the app. Anything would’ve been better than this mess they made. So disappointing.

Too many bugs
This app would be perfect if it didn’t have bugs. Oftentimes I will make a card, but when I go to type some text I will get stuck on a screen with no back button, forcing me to exit the app and restart all over again. If this issue was fixed my review would be 5 stars.
What is and Was.
This app as it stands is next to useless. You cannot save. You cannot add tap or mana symbols because the interface is broken. Those are the biggest issues, not to mention a plethora of other minor bugs.
Prior to the subscription update everything worked beautifully, it was the best app out there for custom cards by a long shot.
I’d pay $10 for the old app back. Not paying $100 a year for an app that doesn’t work.

App used to be awesome
This app used to be great. I customized two commander decks with it; it was easy and fun. Today I decided to make some new alters and the app is so trash now. Everything is buggy or broken.
Go back
Please revert the app to how it was before. It used to be so good but now it’s actually unusable and you also have to pay for pretty much everything.
Buggy mess
The update this previous year broke the app, currently you’re unable to add mana symbols to card text for spells or alter the font size. I fail to understand how a an app can become this much wore in an update. Please improve dev, or even revert to a previous version.
No premium content and won’t stop charging my card
Simple as the title says. Paid for a premium sub. Nothing was added to the app for me. Cancelled the sub and they have since charged me twice anyways. This app is a joke and they steal your money.
Ruined by latest update
The most recent “improvements” took all the features away and only gives them back behind a paywall. Half the time the back button is missing and you can’t even add symbols into the text box anymore smh. 🤦♂️
Used to be good
I used to use it all the time but the new update deleted all my old cards and then locked almost every feature behind a paywall, plus the layout in general is way worse
Premium doesn’t work, overcharged me, won’t delete account
Bought a premium sub for a month to test this app out and there is literally no content anywhere. No premium, no public, no basic. Literally everything is blank. I want my money back. Update: contacted them through their online form to get a refund and cancel the premium sub and received no response. Plus they charged me again for another month. Still no content available. Also unable to delete my account to avoid more unauthorized future charges. Avoid this app at all costs!

Update deleted all my cards!
I had like 20 cards saved in Artificer and the update deleted all of them! New interface is awful.
