Why do you advertise things there are no access to? I have a years subscription and can’t do the dragon photos you push this in advertising! Also many of your things come out looking nothing like the person

I purchased the year subscription, but the app didn’t recognize my email. I couldn’t use it, so I requested a refund. Still waiting for information on that.

They charged me $21 for a monthly fee and didn't acknowledge or recognize my email when I went to upload photos to use the app. Waste of time and money. Trying to cancel now

I don't think this app is for me. Paid for subscription and keeps telling me no email active . Cancelling. When it starts off wrong, that's a sign to leave it alone.

This app was advertised with a video showing a person with a dragon. This video is not on the app and there are no photos or videos with a dragon in it.

This app is a scam
I knew within minutes of using this app it wouldn’t function like the ad depicted. I tried canceling, but it’s telling me I don’t have a subscription, so nothing to cancel. Meanwhile, it’s charging me $9.99 a week and I can’t make it stop. I’ve reached out to the company via email and in the App Store, but no response. I guess I have to cancel my credit card and go through that whole hassle just to make this end. What a scam!
