Great way to test the value of your own home

This is a well thought out app, easy to register and login. Gives me excellent exposure by listing my home without the need to sign up with a realtor so a can test the market and see what offers are made even though I don’t intend to sell just yet?!
I have already sent some offers on a house in my street and another interstate, I await the reply.
