Hi Belladipapa, I'm sorry you found Artisan's free experience a little limited. I try to give everyone enough searches for 'casual' use and only charge those who want to use it for more regular use, to cover my costs. Your free monthly searches are meant to refresh each month, however I noticed there was a bug that was preventing that from working correctly in some cases, so thanks for alerting me to the issue. It should now be fixed in the latest version (2.18.0) and you should be able to search again. I hope you find some good new coffee spots!

Sorry to hear that Artisan didn’t live up to your expectations. I can assure you that the app works all over the world – not only in London. Artisan works best in big cities, with lots of choice and a strong coffee culture. We only show venues that we think are of exceptional quality for people who are looking to skip the big chains and find somewhere special. I will check to make sure everything is working as expected, thanks for sharing your feedback.

Hi Mattias, I’m really sorry to hear you’ve had issues with the app since you downloaded it. That’s very unfortunate timing because the problem only occurred in the last two days and I was planning on fixing it this weekend. I just hadn’t had time yet, so huge apologies that you downloaded a broken app. Thank you for bringing it to my attention, the issue is now fixed and the app should be back to normal!
