Issue disappears
Every time I want to view the sample issue have to download it again, never shows up in library? so reluctant to buy any issues.

Needs work
This app needs a lot of work. Any sign in problems and you are in an endless loop with blank white screens.
Lost previous issues
I also lost previous purchases when I updated app. I’ve had many emails back and forth with the company with no resolution to this problem. They don’t seem able to help at all. I requested a refund for lost issues but didn’t get a reply.

-Does not maximize the technology potential.
-Really buggy.
-constantly dropping downloaded files, needs refreshes.
-No ability to bookmark or name a file/group of bookmarks for later reference
-The ‘share’ function is coded to share the app, not the articles or image (doesn’t promote the Artist or mag at all, that way)
-constantly demanding another login.
-you can buy the issue or subscription, but find the issue is marked ‘buy’ next time the app refreshes. So you ‘buy’ it, to spawn a popup saying you already own it, would you like to download it. Really?!

Subscription charged each month. Nothing is offered to get. What happens, please explain me?
Great Magazine for artists of all levels
I absolutely love this magazine. Given I'm located in the U.S, this is a great deal (subscribing digitally). I haven't found another magazine quite like it. Great artist interviews, tutorials, so much more. Highly recommended!
I've browsed through editions of the real magazine and liked it. This e-edition (sample) is just a PDF of that real publication, not at all designed specifically for iPad. This makes it difficult to read and view the illustrations; you have to continually zoom in and out while reading. No videos or interactive content, lots of pages of adverts! Better off getting the dead tree editions.

Wipes Out Previous Purchases
When you install this update it wipes out all of your previous purchases even if they were already downloaded. The Restore Purchases does not work. It does not recognize an existing subscription either.

Technical support responded to my email literally within minutes. They are very helpful and working to resolve the problem. The actual magazine is one of the best available for artists.

Don't do it
I changed from viewing on iPad to iPhone. The print was tiny and took 6 attempts to cancel with everyone passing the buck I am out of pocket and wasted masses of time.
Help
Help where is my last issue it has disappeared, I have looked everywhere is it just me or do you automatically delete the last issue for a new one? If so I will be cancelling my subscription, can anyone help?
