Artkiv: Craft Fair Inventory

Artkiv is the inventory and sales app for people who sell what they make at craft fairs, craft shows, makers markets and artist alleys. Your items in one place, every sale recorded at your booth in a few taps, every expense, and what the day really made. It works with no signal and needs no account. AT YOUR BOOTH • Record a sale in a few taps, mid-conversation • Several items in one sale, with a discount by percentage or straight to a final price • Cash or digital: show the buyer a QR code of your payment link, with the amount to pay big on your screen • Works with no signal, so the venue's Wi-Fi doesn't matter YOUR INVENTORY • Every item with photos, description, type, tags, price and how many are left • Each size is its own item, so the 8x10 print and the 11x14 never get mixed up • List or grid, with search and filters • Pick your craft at first launch (illustration and prints, ceramics, jewelry, textiles, wood and more) and start with item types and expense categories ready WHAT THE MARKET MADE • Log booth fees, materials and travel as expenses • Tag sales and expenses with the market's name and filter Finances by it: sales, expenses and what's left • Best sellers by money taken, so you know what to restock • Cash versus digital, and a day-by-day history YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS • No account. Your business data stays on your phone • Face ID, Touch ID or a passcode, and amounts you can hide with one tap • A full backup with photos to iCloud Drive or wherever you keep files, and a CSV export for your accountant FREE TO START Artkiv is free to download, with ads. The free plan adds 10 new items and records 10 sales or expenses a day, with a backup every 30 days. Premium removes the limits and the ads: a Daily Pass for a single market day, or a monthly or yearly plan. Six languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, German and Japanese.
