I paid for the app, and it CRASHED!! 😡 It absolutely is junk! It does not open at all! I deleted it reinstalled it. Signed in. Signed out. I emailed tech support and they said they are aware of the problem and DO NO KNOW WHEN it will be fixed! End of email! Can you believe it? They didn’t bother to ask me what type of phone I have. Nada! They asked me to send them my receipt of payment! Once they verified that I paid, then radio silence! Sooo dissatisfied and disappointed! 😢

I have been emailing as app not working. Very disappointed.
App Crashes
App continuously crashes. Lost my patience. This happens every so often
App closes when accessing features.
Liked it a lot when it worked. Sent message to support and it appears it was a known problem. It is about 4 months later and it is still not working. Canceled my subscription.

Not working
I used to love this app and it had great potential. I even paid for a lifetime subscription. Not I feel cheated as I no longer works on my iPhone. It just crashes when you want to select photos to edit.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP!! The company and users can use your pics forever!

* share it
* display it publicly
* promote it
* create new works from it
* allow partners and other users to reuse it
And they can do this worldwide, forever, without paying you.
That includes:
* text prompts
* uploaded images
* voice/sound uploads
* generated artwork
* comments/posts
They also say other users may be allowed to generate new images from your prompts or cues.
So while they say you may own your artwork “to the extent allowed by law,” you’re also giving them very broad permanent usage rights.

App crashes
So I bought the bundle and Art leap was part of the bundle. I rarely used Art Leap. The second I used it the app kept on closing. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing, same crash. It is a good app but the crashing needs to be addressed and fixed.
Crashes
I can’t load any pictures. I’ve uninstalled it. Bought the year membership. And… nothing! Every time I try to load a picture it crashes!

Constantly crashes
Every time I open the app it crashes. I have asked for help multiple times with the same automated response. The app is useless and I am frustrated for paying for this.

Artleap by Lightricks
Lightricks products are usually pretty reliable but it failed miserably with Artleap, the program will kicked you out instantly as soon as entered from the main page. Reset and reinstalled numerous times without help, I've paid in full for one year, please refund the money
App Keeps Crashing
I installed the app on my iPad Pro and when I started it up to allow access to my library, the app crashed. I uninstalled it and re-installed and the same thing happened. Thank goodness I was still within my 3 day trial period.
Quit working
I liked the app, fun and interesting. Then it quit! I can't get it to work!
Dejo de funcionar
Pagué la suscripción y ahora no funciona. Abre y al momento de querer agregar una fotografía se cierra. Ya lo desinstale y lo volví a funcionar y sigue sin funcionar. Solicité soporte, mandé un video del error y nunca hubo respuesta.
