This web based version on my phone and app are extremely convoluted and difficult to navigate. They offer too many features without making it easy for the user to actually navigate to the task THEY want to create. The app offers too many suggestions and is frustrating for a user who already has a vision in mind. The app also does not allow for sign in, as l already purchased a subscription on the web. The web version on mobile is extremely difficult to use in terms of being able to select and navigate the tools without having to reset the entire project. OR it seems intentionally aligned to "accidentally" hit generate, wasting credits on something you actually did not want created. Please work on flow and ease of use. Allow the creators to specify a task and support their vision. Stop promoting everything the app can do all at once on every section. Your drop downs and navigation are not well situated and are very vague . The mobile web design is poor. Perhaps the desktop/laptop versions are easier to navigate more clearly... I haven't tried yet to be fair. I'm honestly regretting my purchase. Sadly, I know the tools are available to get the work done but I have WASTED so much time just trying to get tasks started.

Too expensive
Don’t try to download the app
Still Charging Me After I canceled
I tried 20 different prompts, with different word configurations, I’ve been prompting for years now, this is the only app that never generated one of my prompts because of all of it different catches and guidelines. And I followed the guidelines. AND after I canceled on both my devices it’s till charging me! I’ve never had this experience with an app before. Very frustrating!

Garbage - Can’t Follow Prompts
I’ve used a few different generative apps, and this one repeatedly ignored my very precise prompts. I uploaded product pictures and the app actually changed them to something else. Truly disappointing. I tried it for one day and showed them the problem and they would not refund me. Try something better.

Generates, but wasteful
The video quality is great, but it charges $5/video even though next to none of them come out how with what you’re looking for. I don’t recommend wasting money on this.
