This is a really great find for artists looking to build consistency, improve their skills, and learn more about art in a way that feels approachable and inspiring. I can definitely see myself coming back to it regularly for both learning and inspiration.
The design feels really thoughtful and beautiful which makes the experience relaxing to use instead of overwhelming. One thing that would make a big difference for me personally would be adding more visual examples and images within the tutorials.
But overall, definitely worth trying if you’re looking for an app that encourages more intentional daily artistic practice and growth

Great app from beginner artists looking to get feedback and improve!
No more painter’s block
Lots of times, I have a faint idea of what to paint, but can’t quite visualize it. It’s hard to convey the mood and atmosphere, the story that I want to tell, value, color and composition design. Quick thumbnails design sketches help, but can take long and not really visualize what I wanted. This app does just that for me. I can start by describing in my own words the painting and it instantly renders a version for me. From there I can update atmosphere, color tones. Value grouping, etc until my ideal vision appears. It no longer feels like a heavy investment to do design first. The app can also transform reference photos into the media I’m practicing(I do watercolor). That transformation helps me to learn what to abstract, what to set as focal point, etc. just really inspires me to paint!

Made me actually start painting!
I've been painting watercolor for two years and honestly didn't expect much from another "art app." This one surprised me. The critique feature is what sold me, it doesn't just say "great work!" like every other app. It actually pointed out a value problem in one of my pieces I hadn't noticed, and gave me a specific exercise to work on it.
The daily masterpiece feature is something I look forward to every morning. Seeing how Degas handled a similar composition challenged me to try the same in my own work.
Concept Studio is genius for planning out a painting before I commit a brush. Worth the subscription for that alone.
