Useless
So buggy. Did they even bother to test this before release?
Love the AR feature
It’s so helpful for buyer to see the real effect at their house
Current version doesn’t work
Great app but has stopped working. Only displays a non-scaled grey rectangle with their logo.
AR not working
I couldn’t get AR to work on an iPhone 13 or a new iPad Pro. I can upload images into the app, but all that’s ever shown on the wall in AR is a white rectangle that says “Artplacer”.
The UI otherwise seems good.

Longtime User -First Time Reviewer 😊
ArtPlacer is a program that I have recommended to other artists so I came here to leave a review for people who might be on the fence about it. TBH it’s quite spendy compared to other room generators, but for me it has been worth it for the quality of the images.
I sell my artwork both on my own website EmilyKrill.com and on the interior design site Artful Home and I use ArtPlacer mock-ups for every listing. It’s honestly really difficult to sell high-priced art sight unseen but these mock-ups help quite a lot. I also have the widget embedded in my website so that potential buyers can visualize what my pieces will look like in their homes.
I just sold a large diptych for several thousand dollars to someone who had never seen my work in person and I’m sure that my room views helped get the sale. So, it’s definitely worth a try. Highly recommend.

Useful!
An artist suggested the app might help me visualize how her art would look in my house. At first I didn’t think it was worth the effort, but it really worked and was easy! Highly recommend.
Love ArtPlacer!
I love ArtPlacer. As an Interior Architect it gives me the possibility to show my clients how their works or my proposals will work in their rooms. It’s easy to use, easy to show. I highly recommend it to everyone who wants to plan and play.
Easy to use
I’ve been showing my clients different pieces of artwork hanging on their home walls.

Amazing
I recently started using the ArtPlacer app as an art buyer, and I love it. One of my biggest struggles when shopping for art online was figuring out if a piece would actually look good in my space. With ArtPlacer’s AR feature, I can literally see the artwork on my wall using my phone, at the right scale—it makes a huge difference. The room mockups are also super helpful when browsing; I get a better feel for how a piece would look in different settings. It definitely made me more confident about buying art .

Crashes
I’ve tried to use this app multiple times and it keeps crashing. I was a potential client of the company but after experiencing this I am looking elsewhere for options that actually work.

App crashes
I am an artist and subscribed to the service back in February since that time l wasn’t using the AR a lot however had some situations when it crushed on me. Today, l was working with very valuable clients trying to show them my art on their wall and the App was constantly crashing on both her and his phones. Very disappointed. Looking for the alternative…

Crashing
Have used this app a fair bit over the last couple of years with no issues, but every time I try to visualize a piece of art using AI on my wall, it crashes and closes the app!!! Have deleted and reinstalled the app several times and the same happens!!
