Doesn’t Work on iPad Pro
I used this app on previous iPads and it was ok. Have been trying to get it working on my latest (2024) iPad and now most of the interface doesn’t work. Waste of time and money.

I’ve been using this for 5 years — it’s incredibly helpful and versatile when it comes to poses, props, and lighting. You can even swap genders and add variations like different hairstyles and beards. Definitely worth it.

One Problem
It’s a great idea with a lot of potential. But there’s one major problem: at least on an iPhone, you cannot move the two human models relative to each other! I can move added objects around, I can pose the two models, but I absolutely cannot figure out how to make them face each other or exist in any other relation to each other than the one that appears by default.

Hello developers, you have created an excellent application. But this application dates back a while. The ergonomics is too old. It lacks a lot of features. I have the impression that there is no more tracking on this application. Too bad because it offers beautiful things.

街や小物を導入して一つの街の区画の世界観を作り出せるぐらいの柔軟性(Nvidia geforce4070推奨)とかでもいいので、そして

A reference tool mostly for comic book artists
Very solid posing tool, easy to pose with and lots of unique props to place in your scene. As the models have very superhero-like proportions, this app probably suits comic book artists the most. Some options to pose the hands would be useful, you’ve only got a bunch of about 12 presets to choose from for the hands and no way to customise them. But overall a lot to like about Art Pose Pro.

ただ腕を後ろに回したいだけなのに何故か腕をぐるぐると回転させる必要があります。無駄な動きも非常に多い。
操作する部分も肘なら肘、と一点だけを軸に動き、他の部分は連動しません。
筋肉や関節なんか知ったこっちゃない動きをします。なんなら自分の体にめりこみます。
地面の制限もありません。永遠にめり込みます。
絵の初心者でポーズ用に…筋肉の形を知るために…と買いましたが失敗でした。

Needs Better Controls
This app is phenomenal, but it is not user friendly. Honestly, the movement controls are complicated for no reason. It would be much better to just have an X/Y/Z axis wheel to move the joints instead of this weird 1,2, left, left, right, one finger, two finger stuff. It makes posing way too tedious for no reason.

カメラ視点が重宝
キャラクターイラスト描いてるんですがポージングも勿論有用性ありますが何と言っても良く使えるのはカメラ。360度カメラをグリグリ動かせるのでここぞといった構図を捉える事が出来ます。保存は20個まで。ポージングをさせるのに関節動かすのが難しいのが難点？男女素体あるので良い。

It’s very useful and the pre made poses are nice. I know it hasn’t been updated in a while but could there be an option to extend the perspective grid to the horizon line instead of having it only visible within a limited area?
Most realistic movement and anatomy reference so far
Pros: This is absolutely fantastic if your wanting to draw or sculpt characters. For example if you were to bend your forearm in real life, your bicep muscle would begin to bulge. Or if you raise you arm above your head your chest muscle would stretch. This is possible within this app, it not only allows realistic poses but realistic muscle stretching and movement within those poses. You have an array of objects like weapons and environmental and default poses to use and your scene which is great for telling stories. your default character either male or female can be altered through size and body mass from skinny to bulky, so your getting a reasonable amount of customisation. Even default hair and facial hair options as well as hand poses. Even able to see the muscle anatomy options for better understanding of the body.
Cons: While this is the most realistic reference I believe available on the AppStore, It does have some limitations. You can only have 2 characters on screen and no more. It would be fantastic to have as many as possible to fill a scene. It would be great if it had fully customisable hands and finger’s instead of just default hand poses. Would love a more advanced lighting effects then just two light sources perhaps even changing the colour of objects and characters to see how to light reacts to said colours Controls do feel a bit odd to use compared to other reference apps which feels most natural and easier.
