Doesn’t pick up line art

I bought this to support the app developer as he was asking for help getting it off the ground on an art group I’m in. I have tried with a number of images to get the line art from the app. Each time the image has failed to be picked up properly. I’ve played with the sliders, I’ve tried to use different types of images. The most recent is a black and white typography image using fineliner. I wanted to use it to get printed on a mug so really
Just needed it cleaning up a bit. About 10% of the image is picked up with all the sliders on maximum. With the default
setting about 2% is picked up. Doesn’t help there are absolutely no instructions to go with this app. What an absolute waste of money.
