Great app but needs some love
This is a great app, it would be phenomenal however it hasn’t been updated / optimized for more modern phones and is still a bit buggy. Hopefully someone at artscroll app support will see this

Awful, doesn’t work, unable to get a refund
Beware, this app is awful. It doesn’t work. I tried to get a refund and it says not eligible for refund. Complete waste of money.
Stuck on loading and stopped working
This app used to be great and worked perfectly. But after the latest update it got stuck on loading and the app was unusable. I redownloaded and now it’s even worse. It’s a shame because I used to love this app
Something has gone seriously wrong
This formerly amazing app now has a serious bug which makes it almost useless. It does 2 sets of “downloading” after being opened, which, even on a fast internet link, takes at least a minute to perform, and which freezes out the Siddur from being used.
Works great
I don’t know what everyone else is going on about, this Siddur is easy to navigate and use and it works just as intended.
Used to be great
Now it’s almost impossible to find anything. The search doesn’t work and the app crashes every time I try to use the table of contents.
Doesn’t load
When launched, the app says “translation loading” for several minutes but never loads. It is unusable. I hope it gets fixed.
Used to be great app - no longer works!
The app no longer works on current iPhone OS. It needs updating urgently. The app doesn’t doesn’t download its when you run it on the phone and simply hangs in the download mode once you open the app.

Please insert tachanun on a weekday shacharit and mincha. App goes from chazarat hashatz to kaddish.
Does not work on iOS 16
I bought this application because I use ArtScroll when davening. I am very disappointed that ArtScroll has not updated the application which means I have thrown away money I cannot afford!
Excellent electronic copy of Siddur
If you like the ArtScroll you will love this on phone or iPad. Great to use.
Doesn’t work
I downloaded the app because I heard good things about it, but it literally doesn’t work- it won’t stop loading. I wish there was a way to get a refund.
Stopped working for a while
Earlier I left a 1 star review because it stopped working. I’m leaving a 2 star review now because it started working again, but shouldn’t have stopped in the first place.
Please update this app!!
This app has a lot of really great features and capabilities but has constant bugs. It is slow to start/load. Every time I jump into the app it starts auto downloading something. Page flipping should be faster, etc. The UI needs and update and everything should be tighter overall. Great start but please update this app as I have been using it for years and it never actually got the proper face lift that it needs.

App was amazing and now it won’t work
Love this Siddur but now it just says translation loading but never actually loads. Can’t figure out why.
Not a good mobile application
It crashes and does not recover. When it does ‘work’ the user experience is frustrating. It stalls in responding, giving no feedback that it is processing my touch. The highlight feature is annoying, the commentary pop up is distracting. I kept the app this long because of the content and hoped the app would improve. I admire ArtScroll, but they don’t do mobile apps. It is reliable to display appropriate content, but not reliable to work. That is why I rate it 1 star.

Unfortunately Apple's latest update to iOS15 has caused an issue here that we have now figured out, and are working on a fix. If you go to Settings and enable Vertical Scrolling, that should solve the loading problem for now. We apologize for any inconvenience, and hope to have it updated as soon as possible!
doesn't get past "loading version 703" screen
The app is totally unusable for me. It can't advance past the version 703 download screen. I'm using a iphone 12 mini.
