Terrible on iPad
It is impossible to look at any projects without the app crashing. Pretty useless. Better off browsing in a browser. On the iPhone though everything works pretty good.
Tons of issues, could be great, can filter out AI
Upload limit is small at 25mb, Hard to identify posts with videos because the cover is a still, get push notifcations and can see I have comments but no notifications in the page on the app and the comments don't load.
While they technically update the app, reviewers have had the same issue with notifcations for a while now. Seems to be on life support. Maybe if it gets more downloads they'll put more resources towards it.

Back button blocking menu button in app
The back button in the app that sends you back to the sign in page is on top of the menu button and it’s incredibly irritating because you literally can’t click around it in the app. This is extremely frustrating- please fix this.
iPadPro Crashes
Every time I search for something and press on it the app crashes. Please update the iPad version!

This is nightmare
First, the images stopped loading in the app, then I tried logging out and back in, but now it freezes every time I launch it and I keep getting an error. This has been going on for about a year now. Year later and hardly functional
Crashes 75% of the time, notifications are entirely blank saying “Follow artists to get notifications” as if I do not already follow over 1,000. I have given up years later that this app will ever become useable.

Can’t upload images in the app, CTAs unresponsive, ambiguous error messages

Its so glitchy i cant believe it! I try to upload a piece i made, and it kept saying error. I try searching up my own account on someone elses device/account and it doesnt even show up in the search engine! I can barely scroll through it and its just overall impossible to use and is a HUGE disappointment

Still broken!!!! For over a year!
App is still broken and the customer support link is also still broken. App crashes everytime you try to open an individual project. The app has not worked properly for over a year! I wish it would because logging in on the web browser is a pain and doesn’t fully work properly either. They must have given up on caring about the website a long time ago.

AI and Like Button Are Bad
Decent platform. But the way AI is allowed on the platform really makes me resent it. Plus, on mobile, having to scroll all tf the way down to the bottom of a post just to find the like button is terrible. It would be much better off if it were attached to a stationary part of the interface so you don’t have to scroll to it. I like things I find appealing before scrolling so I don’t lose my place if my phone bugs out, and I’d like to be able to like items immediately upon opening them if I like the first image. I don’t think that’s too much to ask for.

Used to be okay. Now forcing to sign in with epic games makes things so annoying and tedious. App won’t even let me click the button to sign into epic games so there’s no way to ever get into my account through the app anymore. Tried to sign in on web forces me to reset. ArtStation has gone so downhill
