Overlay Feature doesn’t work
The camera function doesn’t come on when you try to look at the image with the drawing.
That’s the only function I wanted so I’ll be deleting the app.

Interface glitch
Great collection of tools, but I can’t use the compare feature due to some camera permission errors

Useless. App says “tap here to grant access to camera” you can tap all over and you can’t grant access.
Decent
This app could be really good, but the shades it chooses and the actual color of the image and the color pencil aren’t the same.
very disappointing
I was able to get the app to open a couple of pictures, but only after multiple attempts to open them. Otherwise, it would not open any pictures at all. Very disappointing. I would love to use the app to identify the nearest Polychromos pencil colours in photos, as recommended on an artist tutorial I was viewing. Great idea, but it is really too bad that it does not work.

I did read reviews saying the compare option wasn’t working, but as they were posted some time ago, I thought I’d take a chance.
Well they were correct. It doesn’t work. This was my main reason for downloading the app, so I shall now be permanently deleting it - not just because of that, but because clearly nothing has been done about the fault after about 3+ years of people complaining about it.
If the developers can’t be bothered, why should I? 🤷♀️

Waste of time
Do not downlod
No app support
The link for app support takes you to a page that never loads. I downloaded the app and cannot find a way to remove the one and only photo I have downloaded to the app, nor can I find a way to download a new photo. Colors saved to the palette cannot be deleted. Closing and opening the app does not help. Removing app. Totally useless.

Eigentlich eine unfassbar empfehlenswerte App allerdings misst sie zu viel Zeit☹️ Wenn man die App nicht komplett schließt sondern noch den Tap offen hat läuft die Uhr weiter ohne dass man tatsächlich zeichnet.

this app is GOLDEN but it would be nice if there were more coloured pencil options like smaller sets of pencils as people with less variety can’t match colours due to the pencils only being some of the largest sets - or even different colouring pencil brands as a whole like crayola or faber castell classic or derwent

Great but suggestion on improvement
This app is fantastic! You pick a colour from your chosen image and the app can tell you the matching colour in the main coloured pencil brands. However, as a soft pastel artist I would reallly love if this app could give the colours for the main soft pastel pencil brands. I hope they integrate this into the app!

I have an iPad Pro 2021, and I can’t get Arty to import a photo. Works great on my iPhone, but I do most of my art on my iPad.
Fix the compare camera
I used to love Arty, especially the Compare feature. However it is broken now. Fix it, and I will rate 5 stars.
What is wrong
I love this app and have had it for a couple of years. All of a sudden the image is not showing up in the app. What is going on?

Very Nice app with one limitation
The app is very nice and functional. The only thing not working is the “compare” feature for which you need to give the permission to use the camera but is impossible to enable.
