No Discord?
I’m a user of the Zelan app. The app’s information states that you should join the Discord server and send your two IDs to the admin to have your Zelan diamonds transferred to Arvessa. Unfortunately, I can't access the Discord server, so I’m unable to contact anyone. It’s a real shame! I’ll update my review once the problem is resolved, as I actually really like the app.

I love this app they actually do an amazing job with the AI and customer service answered very quick and actually help you with your issue.

Creator works with you, if you reach out via discord. Had an overall positive experience working with the devs.

This is one of the best apps I’ve used though it did crash today and just keeps giving errors codes
Lost everything
My user ID, my chat history, all my purchases, all of it just disappeared. I had to switch phones and when I logged in to my account on my new phone, it was all gone. What’s more is I can only use 21 of the hundreds of characters. Support asks for user id and the problem is that my original user id doesn’t seem to be tied to my account anymore. It almost feels like what I re-downloaded is a totally different app.

Can’t use it
I’ve tried to log into the several times and it always read “system internal error”. Hopefully it gets fixed.
