Need to be able to watch App away from home
YouTube TV and Hulu Live tv allow you to watch live programming on your phone not on your home network. How is this not a function for Arvig? What’s the point of having a mobile app if you can’t watch the live tv away from home? If YouTube and Hulu and Sling can do it, then there is no reason Arvig shouldn’t be able to.

So many amazing aspects of Arvig’s internet tv service. Lots of features and benefits vs. others. I’m just returning to MN after time in San Francisco. Arvig blows away Xfinity! And Arvig customer service is fantastic… everyone is so pleasant and friendly. But… the app… the app is lacking. App is a vital part of the overall offering. Needs work and enhancements.

Arvig App Slow Freezes Up!
I really would’ve expected more from Arvig. Arvig as a company has been great to deal with their customer service and their service people always been courteous effective and efficient. However this app really is bad. We were forced to switch over and now it doesn’t boot up quickly and it often time freezes. It’s bad for the iPad it’s bad for the iPhone and it’s also inconsistent and bad with the Amazon fire stick!

Bad app.
Has a lot of issues. At least once a week it freezes up to where I have to restart everything. No reason to pay as much as they want when other apps like Ruku is free. Arvig needs to just ditch this failed attempt and go back to what works before they lose everyone.

I downloaded it and I thought you could make an account but you can’t. All it says or asks is to sign in but how are you supposed to sign in if you don’t have an account. I don’t even want to give one star I want to give it a big FAT 0.
