Great Frame, Bad App

No matter what I do, I can’t make the settings I change stay. They always revert back to factory settings. I can’t add a sleep mode timer. Once I back out, it deletes it.

Does not scroll through all downloaded photos

We have over 800 photos downloaded. It seems to be displaying a limited amount of photos only. Very disappointing.

Great App! Missing Feature

The app is great. It has most practical functionalities, but one VERY important feature is missing - the ability to include photo comments when you upload. I have 4 frames and I need to go to each frame and add the same comment like when and where the photo was taken. FRAMEO has this feature and it is awesome. Arzopa team, can you please add this to the app? It is very practical to have. Thank you

Needs work

Great potential. I like the ability to manage photos and settings from the app - it’s much better than other brands I’ve tried. However, the upload experience is very buggy, and I often find myself having to force close the app and reopen several times; sometimes once per photo. This is really frustrating considering it’s arguably the most important function.

I know it’s not optimised for Mac, but I would also really appreciate the ability to drag files from Mac Finder directly into the app🙏 I don’t keep much media on my phone, so have to keep sending to my phone, uploading, then deleting. At the moment only allows upload from the Mac photos app.

Happy with it, please keep improving it.

I have had this device for about 6 month know, I am a photographer, so I upload photos taken with a pro camera, processed raw to jpg in LrC and Ps. I export them on a good quality but on a web quality, ( less than 1mb) so it make easy to upload but also, this is not a 4 k device nor so big to do other way. I learn how to export them, put it on the “photos” folder so I can upload from my Mac. Maybe on a future update they can make it possible to update browsing the computer itself, in order to avoid that extra step I am doing.

My picture frame

I’ve been using an Arzopa portable monitor and honestly it’s been a great addition to my setup. The screen quality is surprisingly sharp with vibrant colours, making it perfect for both work and streaming. It’s lightweight and super easy to carry around, which makes it ideal for travel or working on the go.

Setup was quick — literally plug-and-play with USB-C, and it worked straight away with my laptop. The build quality feels solid, and the slim design looks clean and modern.

The built-in speakers are decent for casual use, but I’d still recommend headphones or external speakers for better sound. Overall, for the price point, it’s excellent value and does exactly what it promises.

Would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a portable second screen.

Good value for what you pay

This gave us the opportunity to share pictures with grandparents at an affordable price. The app can be a little glitchy, needing a few tries to upload pictures, but the frame is pretty and the clarity of pictures is good!

Great Frame; Horrible App

App is often too sensitive when scrolling through photos when selecting photos to upload; it grabs a bunch of photos you didn’t want then you have to unselect them. Then, after selecting a bunch of photos to upload, the app freezes and you have to close the app and loose the photos you just selected.

Crashes

I spent about an hour and a half selecting 500+ photos and it uploaded about 15 and that’s it. Haven’t had this issue on other frames .

Unable to upload a normal video

I tried multiple times and it always squashed all the videos I took in portrait down to landscape and make everything look ridiculous

Magical!

Dunno why other people rate low stats. The app is really easy to use and it has all the future needed. You can add members that can add , comment, like photos. You can set sleep time for the frame. You can do all this remotely. Even from a different country . Highly raccomended. Amazing .

The app has uploading issues it will get stuck and you’ll have to exit the app and restart the photo search in your own library sucks since the app is glitchy. Not a fan of this issue considering returning

My app is glitchy.

I love the digital frame, it is beautiful and I am glad I made the purchase. The app however, doesn’t always work to upload photos to the device. While the fame is connected to the WiFi, the app says “still loading, make sure device is connected to the internet,” which it is. The app itself works about half the time. I’ve rebooted the device and my phone, but no luck. Don’t know what to do about this. I did fill out the form for support, hopefully they can tell me something as I sure do like the digital frame.

Uploading frustrations

The frame itself is very nice but the app doesn’t work. I was able to upload pictures the first hour but the app continues to freeze and I haven’t been able to upload pictures since Christmas
