Very Poor Navigation
The app is very difficult to navigate. I consider myself very techy and quick to adopt technologies but this UI is very difficult to navigate. Why are the schedule of events and educational sessions under different sections and why can’t you access each from the other? In an ideal environment you should be able to click on a schedule item and see all the educational sessions happening during that time slot. I found myself getting frustrated going back and forth trying to pick which educational session to add during each block that I just went to the website. The schedule of events cannot be filtered by day like the educational sessions so I found myself endlessly scrolling after having to toggle back and forth. Session tags or tracks is a non existent feature. Accessing your schedule and bookmarks was also hard to find - it is under your profile rather than a shortcut on the main screen. You are better off crossing your fingers there are printed copies available at check-in otherwise have the website open in your browser - save yourself the headache.

Search and Filter
Search function is very poor and I have now clue how to filter so that I only see the sessions I’m interested in and may want to attend. At least there’s is a list...
Not loading content
It initially loaded after first install (was slow to load content, not intuitive, limited search,…). Now - reopening the app I am getting blank screens. Reinstalled and it’s stuck on “loading your show”

Just downloaded this for the upcoming conference and app will not even open on my iPhone 16.
