Scales I bought now useless as app doesn’t work

Looks like they stopped support of this app. It crashes each time you click anything. I tried reinstalling the app as well. Useless, don’t trust Chinese brands

Works excellently when it works, and that’s about 40 percent of the time. Connects with phone just fine, but rarely syncs data. Stepping off and on a couple of times

Worked well but almost useless
The scale used to work amazingly. Transferred data seamlessly, but has stopped doing this. Cannot get any values transferred to the phone.

Doesn’t sync anymore with years of data
I have years of data and now this app doesn’t sync with the scale. Sometimes if I take out the batteries and turn off Bluetooth- then put the batteries back in and turn Bluetooth back on- it works. But only sometimes. Very frustrating- no updates to this app
Worked now not so good
I have used my bath scale for several years now and been very satisfied. Until recently it worked with the app on my iPhone. I am not sure why the app no longer seems to work well. I have checked settings and re-installed the app. Still does not work well.

I was so excited to received this scale today. Quick, easy set up of the scale and the accompanying app. Looks sleek in my bathroom and I love that I can just step on instead of having to tap my foot to turn it on like previous scales I’ve had. So much bang for your buck! For a scale with Bluetooth technology, I expected the price to be closer to $50. This is worth every penny and then some!!!

App keeps shutting down
Scale works fine but app keeps shutting down after I put in information.
I have deleted and downloaded 2xs and not working. Gonna return the scale...such a shame the app doesn’t work because I really liked the scale

The app doesn’t work so I am not too happy,why make this app at all ?
Keeps crashing
App opened once and now won’t re-open. Needs sorting or I will be wanting a refund on my scales!

I love this app and scale. It works wonderfully and the detailed information is helping me to become more healthy than ever!!!
App won’t open
Tried contacting customer support but the link keeps going to a page with Japanese writing. I downloaded it, put it my details and then it closed and won’t now open. A waste of time!

Crashes repeatedly
I am sending the scales I brought back as the app doesn’t load at all any more
I can't seem to put my height in the proper format
This scale is pretty interesting.
I am entering my information now.
However, I can't seem to enter my high in the proper feet and inches.
It presents me with a number pad but I can't seem to find the control to put it into feet and inches.
