Wake up, pick a face. That's it. AsaLog is a log for how refreshed you feel each morning, on a scale of five. Reason chips and a note are there when you want them. Two taps is a full day's entry. FIVE SECONDS EACH MORNING - Pick how refreshed you woke up from five faces - Choose from nine reasons (slept through the night, trouble falling asleep, woke during the night, woke too early, stress, felt unwell, alcohol, caffeine, exercised) — more than one is fine, and you can add, remove or reorder them in Settings - The note is optional; the score alone is enough to save IT BUILDS, AND PATTERNS SHOW - Faces line up on the calendar, so the shape of your month is immediate - Tap a date and that day's score, reasons, note and sleep appear below - Four charts for Week and Month: refreshed score over time, sleep comparison, by day of week, and reasons breakdown — the breakdown also shows how often you picked each reason and your average score on those days - Days you did not log break the line. The chart never claims a trend for a stretch you did not observe - When there is too little logged, it says so instead of stating an average COMPARE WITH LAST NIGHT'S SLEEP - Connect Apple Health and the previous night's sleep is read and laid over the trend - Read-only. AsaLog never writes anything back to Apple Health - The connection is optional. Logging, the calendar and the charts all work with it off MISSED A DAY? NO PROBLEM - Open a past date from the calendar and add it after the fact - One entry per day, replacing the last, so the same date never doubles up - There is no limit on how many days you can log REMINDER - A gentle nudge at the time you choose each morning - No reminder arrives if you have already logged that day YOUR LOGS STAY ON YOUR DEVICE Your refreshed scores, the reasons you pick, your notes, and the sleep figures read from Apple Health are stored only on your device. Nothing syncs to another device, and the content you log is never sent anywhere. No account required. No ads. ASALOG PRO (OPTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION) Five things unlock: - Look back on a year across four charts (the Year period: 12-month trend, sleep comparison, by day of week, and reasons breakdown) - Add sleep to past logs in bulk (Settings > Apple Health > fill in "All logs" at once) - Change to any color theme you like (five palettes: Sea, Pastel, Blue Sky, Before Dawn, Minimal) - Change to any app icon you like (five Home Screen icons) - Back up your logs to a file (export only; importing stays free) On the free plan you still get logging each morning, adding, editing and deleting past days, the whole calendar, all four Week and Month charts, adding, removing and reordering reasons, reminders, the Apple Health connection and automatic reading of last night's sleep, filling in the last 30 days in bulk, importing your logs (JSON), the appearance switch (Auto, Light, Dark), and the sample data. There is no limit on how many days you can log. ABOUT THE SUBSCRIPTION - Two plans: monthly (renews every month) and yearly (renews every year) - The price for your region is shown on this App Store page and on the plan screen inside the app - Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase - The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
