Not user friendly
Had difficulty navigating and submitting various times
Frustrated
Would not keep saving my photos during the survey. Very frustrating to go back three times to take the same picture. I spent two hours on 30 questions.
Lots of snags
The program requires a survey. On an iPad, the screen overlays half the screen, obscuring the questions and answer area. Pictures are required but the program repeatedly freezes giving an error messages with a “try again later” messages. Poor.
Great app
It does what it’s supposed to do. You can avoid having inspectors come in your property or in your house by providing the information yourself.
Very easy to use!
I received this app as a part of my insurance policy, was very easy to use and didn’t take very long to complete.
