Недобросовестный и непрофессиональный поставщик услуги. Задерживает перевод денег - после трех напоминаний через 2 недели, деньги перевел, снабдив комментарием «я просто забываю это сделать» (прямая цитата), не извинившись за задержку. Служба поддержки работает плохо, на сообщения не отвечает по 2-3 дня. На звонки отвечает, но и там можно получить недоброжелательный ответ: «Я занят, перезвоните через 2 часа». В чате поддержки на просьбу помочь войти в систему, когда из нее выбрасывает, отвечают: «Мы давно обо всем написали в телеграме, читайте там». В целом очень хамское отношение к клиенту, грубят, огрызаются, не желают ни помогать, ни взаимодействовать. Не советую работать с ними

Совершенно наплевательская реализация и колхозное исполнение

Очень неудобное для сотрудников приложение. Не прикручены уведомления о заказах, и как следствие, уведомления не приходят, а наказывают персонал, потому что невозможно ПОСТОЯННО мониторить ваше дурацкое приложение.
И это еще я молчу о других мелких багах и косяках в работе вашего кретинского приложения, разработаного узбеко-индусами с руками прямиком из сфинктера.
