After more than 50 attempts I Could barely get it to accept docs copies and selfie, to be faced with the mean message of “cannot register user, visit a branch”.
If this is how you create an account then how do I trust your banking services?!

I could open an account, request a new card, perform transfers.. all very easily.. i have not visited a kfh branch to this day, been using the app for about 2 years now

Waste of time
Went to one of the branches and this app was recommended to me as a quick and easy way to open an account. Reached as far as the video confirmation call and was kept on hold for more than half an hour on several attempts waiting without any agent picking up. I could have gone to branches in Muharraq and Riffa and open different accounts in both branches during the time I was waiting for someone to answer the video confirmation call.

Overall well done app and easy to use.
Only two things missing are fingerprint login and BenefitPay top up feature.

Please add fingerprint login. It’s tedious to write an email and password every time I try to sign in.
Doesn’t work
It doesn’t even work. It loads the logo and gets stuck there.

Opened Jazeel account using this app,
by uploading Passport & Smart Card
And with one click I opened Libshara account.
It has great functionality but the UI/UX could be improved.

Solve issues please
Pros :
It reads data from card and passport perfectly.
Cons:
I had to enter (additional data) 5 times and still whenever I login it asks for it.
I can't book video call always an error occurs.
Scrolling in areas is annoying it scrolls the whole page.
I can't dismiss the keyboard.

Hi everyone
I downloaded this app to open thinking it was for online banking then i found out that its not just for online banking but it has some unique features as well, like opening a new account 100% online by mobile, took about 5 or so minutes to open my account, not only that but you can directly deposit in your libshara account by online transfer witch is extremely convenient and not commonly done in bahrain banks nor the GCC for that matter.
Overall very innovative and fast feature.
