Can’t get it to update
I deleted the app from my phone but it is still saved to the cloud. All week long when trying to access this year’s conference, the app signs me into 2024, KC. I have already registered for LongBeach, but when accessing the web pages my only options are to register.
Don’t know how to delete it from the cloud so I can install the upgrade 2025 conference.

Using the app this year was beyond words! The videos uploaded incase you missed, the handouts, the eval it was amazing

Inconsistent functionality
Great intentions behind this app but there were many issues with time zones and session start times not being accurate. It would be helpful if the sessions start times adjusted for the time zone viewers were in…or at least if the time zone being displayed was clearly identified so users could adjust on their own.

The spinning wheel…
Functionality was awesome, until the app got stuck “loading”… this happened twice during the conference where I had to delete the app and reload it to gain functional access. While this was frustrating, thank God all of my info didn’t have to be reloaded.
Not bad but could improve
Did not like how every time you hit the back button from reading an individual session description it took you to the very top of the agenda again - so, way too much scrolling! Also, please bring back the feature where presenters were linked to their sessions and bio. I loved being able to click on the presenters name in the session description and be taken to their profile to learn more about them and vice versa - if I’m scrolling through the attendees list and click on someone and they’re presenting, I want to be able to be taken to their presentation description. Also, even though I had my notification sessions correct, I never received notifications of new announcements in the app.
