Good but could be better
Overall I really like the app. I like the encouragement to read and pray. I also really enjoy the Bible trivia. I never even knew an app like this existed.
However when it comes to the Bible lessons I wish it had a little more actual Bible reading because it can be hard to get the full context of the lesson from just one verse. As it is the lesson does a very brief summary with one verse and I’d just like a little bit more of the actual Bible to be apart of the lessons. It would help contextually and to get a feel for where things actually are in the Bible too. It is the inspired word of God after all.
Also, it’s a minor thing, but I wish that it wouldn’t show the streak screen after every lesson completed and Bible trivia battle. It would be nice if it only showed up either when you first open the app or first complete something.
It also would be neat if they involved memorizing the Bible a little bit too somehow where you could get extra gems or something maybe for memorizing a verse or for reviewing an already memorized verse. Just an idea!

Thank you for the feedback! We'll fix the streak thing asap; that shouldn't be the case. Thank you for catching that. I really like your feedback regarding the learning. Trust me, we do plan on doing a full overhaul, adding a LOT more to the longer-form content, and focusing on gamifying the Trivia mode. We're a team of two, so this will take some time. Love this! Hate that’s there’s not a free version
When I first downloaded the app, I thought I read something about accepting donations and keeping the app free and then I go through all the prompts and it’s asking for billing information and Cancel anytime! Sad to say I got beat and switched on a Bible app.

This app ropes you in with a free trial, said I had 7 days but charged me after 3 and will not refund me. I spent 20 minutes on this app and it’s a bloated mess of paraphrased scripture and a waste of time compared to traditional learning. Weird symbolism, teachings, and phrasing. Don’t waste your time or money

Nothing against it I do understand everything is not free but I don’t have money so it’s not for me I thought it seems interesting but I will just stick with my free Bible apps thank you anyway
No one is checking their emails
I thought it was a kid game, but it is a bit confusing. It said that it would give a reminder before the free trial was over and just got charged the 50 before I got any type of reminder. Tried asking for a refund. But I guess no one is working. Wasted 50 on a “game” that didn’t even make much sense to me

Do NOT waste money or time on this
I can’t believe I am having to write this about a BIBLE APP, let’s get one thing straight, I am a big follower of god and I apologies that I am needing to do this however.. I got the trial for the premium but when it came the time I wanted to cancel it, I have searched the entire app head to toe, no sign of a manage subscription option to cancel, in fact it still comes up “ try 3 days free”, “get 40% off premium” etc and as I also checked my subscriptions tab under my apple account - no sign of Active Acend subscription under this time along with my other active subscriptions, so after this you would assume okay, the subscription must have cancelled however 60+ Euro has now been taken out of my account to pay for that subscription. I want to make this clear, I do not want this subscription, make the cancel payment option very clear in the app for others and STOP TAKING MY MONEY!!!

Great app!
I love that this app has me in the word every day. The study and questions are great. I hope they get more and more in depth as I go. I love the new showdown feature where you can “battle” other believers in knowledge but this is where I drop a star. First, I feel like I’m not battling a real person. It’s always someone with a biblical name. I don’t think it’s an avatar name and why not just have their username? Secondly, I’m answering the same questions over and over. I updated the app and I hope there’s more questions that get harder but if I already answered questions and know the answers it’s not as challenging as it should be. Otherwise a great app!
