Don’t do it people
I initially did the three day trial and I signed up for the $12.99 packet. The app charged me $59.99 and try to do that repeatedly. I have reached out to Support and I’ve spoken to somebody named Gideon. He can’t fix the problem. I asked for a refund. So far, I have not received any of my money back. i’ve already reported them to Apple for a refund, and I’m gonna report them to FTC.
Please be aware this is a scam for me.
Update: i have started an IG page called Beware 742 with the subname Justice. I want to publish all of the correspondence between he and I this is legal.

Enjoyable and Engaging

Great fun way to learn The Word
Downloaded this to play around sometimes now I find myself spending long times in the app. And I’m learning a lot, and testing my knowledge often. A sharpened sword is always ready for battle.
Fun pet phoenix
I like the short informative lessons, as well as the motivation to keep my pet phoenix healthy by doing the lessons and having chats and so forth. It is a new take on a bible knowledge game. I think this game is really well done.
Fantastic to learn
I always had difficulty reading fast and comprehending along with actually retaining the information. Being new to faith, I love how this app gives me random lessons and when I find myself reading it in my bible it draws me in closer and makes me want to learn more. Great app. Praise God and Love Jesus!

Feels both deceptive and manipulative
This app has a three day free trial, then you pay. It walks you through a slightly heavy-handed set up process asking you to commit to the app and then they give you the cost. It reminds me of so-called free Christian retreats at which there is heavy pressure to pay attendance fees once you are there.

Really enjoying the app-the knowledge. Gave 4 stars because I kind of wish they showed full scripture verses before the lessons to follow along better. I guess it’s also on me to do my own further studying too. Really enjoying, very accurate and eye opening!

Its my first day using and ive already subscribed! This is very useful because i am addicted to my phone , i have a hard time staying focused on reading the bible, to anyone reading remember the devil will ALWAYS try to hold you back , as i am typing this the power in my entire house just shut off and my phone battery is at 12%,, BUT REMEMBER GOD is STRONGER , if my phone dies i will just open my bible! AMEN

Really helpful for those who need extra help getting back in the habit of Bible study.
I like how it’s game-a-fyed it’s helping me to overcome doomscrolling and other mindless games. It’s helping me to redirect my focus and attention back onto God. I like the duels.
Terrific App
I am now truly starting my journey with God and this app has helped me a lot. It is getting me ready to open the bible and read it all for myself.
Good but could be GREAT
Some glitches in the sign up screen. I ended up in a loop having to create my profile twice and was asked to choose a subscription after I had already processed the free trial through Apple Store. Transition screens after battles don’t let you skip when tapped. I really like the app content and battles. Could be better if the apps glitches and loops get fixed.

Convenient
Very easy to sit down and help you memorize and understand the verses you study! It’s also social and has a battle feature to test your knowledge against your community!
Fun
Fun game to study the Bible a little bit. I don’t care for all the extra stuff but I can see how it could be entertaining for other people. It’s like Duolingo’s super religious cousin.
Not free
Was very excited as we signed up especially with the second screen stating that it was free but welcomes donations. Unfortunately we were unable to even do a single lesson without it requiring we pay for annual subscription. My daughter even asked, “why are the developers using God for money?” Tried just about every option to continue or spiritual path but almost every turn lead to a paywall. Super unfortunate.
