Climb Your Day
About
What's New in Ascend
1.3
September 2, 2026
Ascend 1.3 is the biggest climb yet. • TRAIN — an alpine habit tracker: daily and weekday habits, weekly targets, counters, and weight, with streaks, a 13-week trail, a home-screen widget and a watch complication. • CRITICAL — everything open and dated inside 48 hours on one board: late, today, tomorrow. Date-only quick add, all-day events in context, and a wrist chip that hits zero when you've topped out. • MONTH — the month in one glance: filled events and tasks in their own colors, layer chips that are loud when hiding, your pinned climbs riding above the grid, and a day card that adds events and tasks in place. • GOALS — its own tab on The Climb: All · Personal · Team, goal cards with remaining routes, and the 12-month pin calendar. • REFLECT, REBUILT — three rooms: the Walk (ten guided passes, including your team, your circle, your record and your goals), the Book (your daily journal and the record, one river), and the Ledger (what the week actually held). The walk now ends at today's page. • JOURNAL — one templated page per day, a streak that reaches your home screen, and entries that open from web and watch. • PEOPLE — your team and your personal circle side by side: per-person pages with due dates, wins and incidents kept forever, meeting prep, and one-tap exports. • PULSE — the rope team: who's moving, who's gone quiet while the climb still moves, and the verbs to act on it. • TASKS — drill into any Reminders list or climb, a grid browser for fast switching, and adds that land where you're standing. • NOTES — a smarter editor everywhere: select-all formatting, lists that continue as you type, and the same grammar on iPhone, Mac and web. • WIDGETS — a new Goals widget for your pinned climbs, late counts on the Lock Screen, your journal streak and walk on the Now widget, and "N to raise" on your next 1:1, on iPhone, Mac and watch faces. • Sharper alignment, calmer color, and hundreds of refinements across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple Watch.
