What's New in Ascend Training

1.05

May 4, 2026

Improved cycle scheduling: Workout rotation (A, B, C) and RFEM intensity values now flow seamlessly across week boundaries. Previously, both patterns reset at the start of each week — now they continue throughout your full training cycle for better exercise distribution and more varied intensity each session. Weekly set targets are still enforced per week. Fixed minor bugs - timer beep reliability, Undo and Redo sets functionality
