I dont know it’s just really bland like you sign up do you things and just gives you 3-5 routines but like doesn’t give you reps or like how it helps you and it’s also really hard to understand what things mean like coming from someone who is a visual learner and trying to learn off of cantal tilt or like angles like 90 degrees or something it’s jsut really hard and probably harder for really new people who jsut wanna do better even though they don’t know what there doing besides what there given
