I have enjoyed this credit union for a long time and especially since it’s name was changed. I especially like their attention to questionable charges. This has been a life saver many times. And while it’s annoying, it has been very helpful.

Older app, in need of update and upgrade. Unable to perform a mobile app deposit due to pop up: “to do online deposit, use mobile app”, which is exactly what I was using.

Easy to use
The format is very user friendly except when editing recurring transfers. I seem to get stuck at times.
Better than others’ apps
I really like the ability to customize spending categories and add short explanations. I also like being able to see the running balance for each transaction.

Functions are good, but why do I have to approve my device every other time I log into the app?
Update, why does Assent only update during open hours. My other credit unions update overnight. Get with the times Assent..
