I Love the recent updates
I feel like it needs to give you the option to know your cc amount due somewhere most credit card apps I use show it with easier access. Other than that it’s great!

Good morning! There are actually a couple places you can find this information. If you click into your credit card tile in the app and click "Details" (underneath your available balance) it will show you your current balance, available balance, and next payment amount (minimum payment). From this page you can also click "Click here for Credit Card Services full site" which will give you even more information about your credit card. Hope this helps! :) If you have further questions you can always reach out to us at 563-355-0152 or by clicking the "Let's Talk!" bubble on our website or within the app.

Nice and simple. I would like:
(1) Ability to login with 2-factor authentication using a text message instead of having to choose between phone call or email.

Ascentra app
Ascentra’s app is user friendly, at least for me it is easy to navigate my accounts , to make transactions , to check transactions past and present. Never had any problems with it .

Too much bloat
This newest update isn’t very helpful. I feel there is too much bloat on the main screen. It was so much easier to see all of your accounts right as you open the app. Now you have to click “view all accounts” and then it will take you to a different page. I know you can favorite them but you can’t see more than 10. For someone who has more than 10 it is very frustrating to have to keep clicking back and forth. Please change it back to how it was before!

Liked the old version
I really liked the way it was. I’m tired of everyone thinking change is a great thing. The new additions are like a step back.
Could be more refined
The app seems thrown together and it’s like you just made an app, just to have it. It’s not fun to use. Its old design isn’t pleasant while using it and it doesn’t run smooth. It would also be nice to have a digital debit card separate from your regular one. Something that changes card numbers. Just as a backup for unforeseen situations.

Just feels very clunky and restrictive and, if you forget your username u have to go on site to figure that stuff out.
