Liked the old version
I really liked the way it was. I’m tired of everyone thinking change is a great thing. The new additions are like a step back.
Could be more refined
The app seems thrown together and it’s like you just made an app, just to have it. It’s not fun to use. Its old design isn’t pleasant while using it and it doesn’t run smooth. It would also be nice to have a digital debit card separate from your regular one. Something that changes card numbers. Just as a backup for unforeseen situations.

The Ascentra app is so much easier to use than other banking apps!
Works as advertised
Just feels very clunky and restrictive and, if you forget your username u have to go on site to figure that stuff out.
slightly behind the times
I love Ascentra Credit Union, the mobile app it’s just ok, nothing is going to blow your mind and matter of fact it may of gotten a facelift but still remains behind the times. Now that Zelle isn’t its own independent app any longer it sure would be nice if you guys offered it (Greenstate CU did) not too long ago we finally caught up and got the chips but tap wasn’t included and then that rolled out finally… love love love Ascentra CU but we are bringing up the rear for far too long.

This app is easy to use and didn’t take me much time to figure out. I do miss the ability to do a quick check of my account balances without logging in.

New app access
I think it’s ridiculous you have to have a certain type of phone and update to access the new app. I can no longer access my account via app because my phone does not support it.

I feel like it needs to give you the option to know your cc amount due somewhere most credit card apps I use show it with easier access. Other than that it’s great!
