Not allowing me to chexkout
This it rather annoying 5 days now it won’t let me amend my order when I got to checkout pay with card it comes up wit something went wrong please try again get it sorted please since lots of customers will be experiencing this
Bug in the app
I downloaded the app but it just keep closing itself in evey 10/15 seconds and i couldn’t even sign in. Needs so much work to be done in the apps.
Crashing
Crashes as soon as I open it. I have deleted and reinstalled it still happens.
Poor and glitchy
Use this app every week and regularly find problems like can’t book a slot, can’t add all favourites to basket and can’t pay!! Drives me mad.
The organisation and presentation is also poor. Would be good to see different sizes of a single product available. Frequently the items rolled back are out of stock so you can’t buy them! But if u go in store they are there!

Awful App
It’s extremely slow, asks to verify you are human about 6 times before it lets you in. I’ve had to stop using it.

I deleted the app a while ago because I usually shop in person.
I can’t shop in person right now so I re-downloaded the app.
I can’t log in because I *have* to change my password for whatever reason.
So I have to log into my email to look for a code.
NO CODE!!! NOT A SINGLE EMAIL FROM THEM!!!!
I can’t log in. Absolutely useless app. Wouldn’t bother. I’m going to shop somewhere else.

Very slow
At the moment there is a problem when it comes to checkout . Have to shut down my phone completely and start again to get the order to go through !
Want to buy a groceries
I want to buy a groceries very first time through the app I was make a payment twice with 138.72 pounds both the time payment deducted from my bank account and the grocery is still on the basket this a very frustrating experience for me today
Worse shopping app going
Search is terrible, look at 1 item and have to start again, regularly signs you out and now won’t complete orders.

Bacon issues!
What is going on with Asda Unsmoked 8 slices Exceptional Bacon. No other way to put it - swimming! So much briny water it floats when cooking! I appreciate it is competitively priced (being polite) when buying 2 packs but it’s not even acceptable never mind exceptional. We will not be buying it again. You need to have a word with you supplier - stop with the brine to make the weight!

Used ages back but now never checks out so order never gets placed plus 3 apps for Asda- scanner app, this app and rewards is unnecessary surely!?

Rubbish
Your new app is rubbish. Some of the search results are random at best. If I’m looking for food storage boxes I don’t need to see yoghurt tubes and bread now, do I? Go back?? It doesn’t take you back a page, yet more random, loosely connected items - hundreds of them. It’s absolute rubbish since the last ‘super fantastic’ relaunch. It’s bad news if I’m thinking of going to Morrisons!

What’s going on
I have been using Asda online shopping for years now and this last month it has been so bad every time I try to check out it say something went wrong try again I phone up they told me to delete the app and my bank details and try again I did all this prior to calling up and they kept saying there was nothing they could do and hanged the phone up on me not ones but twice this is absolutely ridiculous first time this happened was in the 11th eventually after trying for half the day got my shopping ordered and now it’s doing the same again but now I have been trying since yesterday and still not working

Fix your website
I’ve never seen a supermarket website be so sluggish, constant loading, links breaking upon reloading page or trying to create an account which should be easy may aswell be a coin flip on whether it’s gonna work or logging in.
Remains terrible
Back facility dreadful, item limit of favourites! No other app does that. Search results are laughable.
