By the time I mess about trying to complete an order, I could have made the 20 min journey to store and bought the items myself

I want to know why you haven’t added in photos of the food. I would understand if it was a one off but this seems to be a reoccurring issue.

Probably the worst app I ever used, sometimes it’s impossible to pay for your groceries, a real pain to deal with
Sign Up
Cannot sign up. Never receive verification codes to email. Tried resending multiple times. Will have to shop elsewhere.
Terrible
I don’t know if its just on my phone but the app just shuts down constantly I always end up using safari. I have the latest iPhone too and the app is up to date.
Not the best UX
App is fine, does what it needs to, but can be so frustrating.
For example, when scrolling through the ‘Regulars’ section, selecting the tick box to add these items, it’s too easy to accidentally select the image of the product which takes you to that product. When you go back to the ‘Regulars’, the check box has stayed ticked but the amounts of all items that you amended has reset. So frustrating.

Slow, laggy, worse than it was 5 years ago
I'm genuinely unsure how this app has gotten worse between now and 5 years ago when I'd left the UK, but it has. Slow, bad UX
No proper maintenance
Payment was not going through and my gift was balance was deducted but order was not placed
Keeps singing me out
The app keeps signing me out and keeps asking me to sign in every time when I use the app.
It needs to keep me signed in please fix.

Won’t open the log in ive deleted and re-downloaded it still won’t work ive just shopped on my neighbours account as I couldnt get to the store
Deliberately awkward
It’s like they don’t really want you to use their app as it keeps signing me out. Most times i open the app i have to force it shut to load. When i can eventually get in they then make it as hard as possible to search for anything and once you have looked at one item you have to start the whole search again as there is no (obvious) way to do this.

Not allowing me to chexkout
This it rather annoying 5 days now it won’t let me amend my order when I got to checkout pay with card it comes up wit something went wrong please try again get it sorted please since lots of customers will be experiencing this
Bug in the app
I downloaded the app but it just keep closing itself in evey 10/15 seconds and i couldn’t even sign in. Needs so much work to be done in the apps.
Crashing
Crashes as soon as I open it. I have deleted and reinstalled it still happens.
Poor and glitchy
Use this app every week and regularly find problems like can’t book a slot, can’t add all favourites to basket and can’t pay!! Drives me mad.
The organisation and presentation is also poor. Would be good to see different sizes of a single product available. Frequently the items rolled back are out of stock so you can’t buy them! But if u go in store they are there!

Awful App
It’s extremely slow, asks to verify you are human about 6 times before it lets you in. I’ve had to stop using it.

I can’t shop in person right now so I re-downloaded the app.
I can’t log in because I *have* to change my password for whatever reason.
So I have to log into my email to look for a code.
NO CODE!!! NOT A SINGLE EMAIL FROM THEM!!!!

Very slow
At the moment there is a problem when it comes to checkout . Have to shut down my phone completely and start again to get the order to go through !
Want to buy a groceries
I want to buy a groceries very first time through the app I was make a payment twice with 138.72 pounds both the time payment deducted from my bank account and the grocery is still on the basket this a very frustrating experience for me today
