Some of the questions are debatable just like the real ASE test, but overall I think it’s very helpful.

it's cool, i enjoy the quizzes and how the app is designed but wish it was free tbh. Education shouldn't come at a price. Still a great app though.

90% of the questions were not in this app. I failed because it barely had any similar questions.

Contradicting

1. The grammar in some of these questions is almost so bad it’s funny. 2. Answers and explanations contradict themselves on multiple occasions. 3. Questions in wrong categories. 4. Not in depth enough; does not cover all tasks that are included in the actual tests.

Outdated, but useful

I paid for the premium. I took and passed my A2 this morning. The most useful info I gleaned from this app was realizing that there are a lot of trick questions and that you need to thoroughly read/understand what’s going on before answering. It will give you an idea of the methodology used during the actual test. To be completely honest, I would say there were maybe 3 questions in total that overlapped as far as actual technical knowledge/vocab. The rest were just applied fundamentals. It would be much better if the developer expanded material coverage and at the minimum doubled the questions. For example, the prep material covered: governors, modulators, and other older tech (3/4spd units). None of that was on the actual test.

Explanations stick to memory

Regardless of what you answer it will give you the correct answer and break down the reasoning. And it will repeat the questions when you get it wrong along with the explanations. The break down is paid for and I haven’t taken the test yet but if I pass I’ll leave another review.

The answers and reasoning for the answers are worded weirdly, almost non-natively.

It makes it hard to study when I also have to work twice as hard to decipher the rationale.

I was happy to pay for a subscription because it’s a very nice and well created app, but I can’t learn from the app in its current state.

Just to reiterate, the content itself is correct, but the way it’s presented to the end user in English is off putting.

I’d like to leave it a good review but I can’t even use the pro version of the app every time I go into purchase it the whole app crashes ! Poor app
