Great templates
I love the templates and color palettes! I would love to make a premium purchase or annual subscription but it’s only allowing me to do a weekly one.
Dont do the free trial. They will charge you.
They said I can do a 3-day free trial. I confirmed and then at midnight I got a charge on my card for the subscription price. Not happy. Please don’t false advertise. Will not be using this again.

Definitely recommend getting the plus feature, you can’t really do much without it.

I love this game but I kinda wish there wasn't so much with subscription because that limits your creativity but at least we know nothing can are limit imagination.
Good but needs more customization
The app is really good & the templates are amazing but I would love an option for creating my own template, also to see the variety of stuff I can add from the menu.
Charged Me for Annual Subscription Rather than Free Trial
I signed up for the annual subscription after the app advertised that I’d get a 7 day free trial prior to billing. Instead, I was billed the annual subscription immediately upon subscribing, no free trial. Had to submit a claim to Apple for reimbursement.
Issue with the purchase
I am being charged despite of not agreeing to any purchase of membership, can you please refund.

SCAM
Horrible experience. The app automatically signs you up to the annual subscription upon downloading. App was frozen from the start so I deleted the app and a few days later had $60aud taken out of my account without my knowledge. I emailed and requested a refund as the app was broken and still took a large amount of money once deleted and I was basically refused and told that I should have cancelled and not signed up although I stated that it automatically does and the app didn’t work.

After purchase then what?
It doesn’t seem to continue after purchase. What a waste!
Disappointed
I downloaded it and can not do anything except subscribe for the 7 days free, I did because I wanted to open the app, but I ended up paying one year fee. I want my money back, please advise someone I can talk to.
Looks lovely but it won’t load my photos
Won’t load my images even though the permissions have been allowed in my settings for this app.

Good App
I don’t write a lot of reviews. I barely have time for them. Like everyone else, I try an app, use the trial, if I like it, I keep it for a little while until I’m tired of it. There are some that I stick with for years. This app has that potential. For the money, I think they need more templates but that’s my only con for this app. Great app

Arabic
As a designer, I like this app a lot ! I use it in so many platforms. However, I would really like it if you allow the font to change as well when writing in Arabic, cause it doesn’t change at all in Arabic while other apps do allow the change, but not Ash :(
Disappointed
Am disappointed. I signed up for the free trial except the app would not load, I didn’t enter the app once. It then automatically signed me up for an annual subscription and took $60 Aud out of my account. I would have potentially signed up for a monthly subscription but not an annual. Please advise if there is someone I can speak to at customer support.
