Great app, huge power usage
The only nitpick is how much power it uses. Whenever I use it on my iPhone 17 Pro, the phone heats up very quickly and it makes the entire phone lag really bad. Similar to the lag from Low Battery Mode but it actually will close and crash other apps at times. Games specifically will force close if I open this app and go back.

Thanks so much for the detailed feedback, and for the 4 stars! Really glad you're enjoying the stories. Voice narration is actually something we're looking into right now, and a real generated voice instead of the usual robotic TTS options is exactly what we'd want too. Can't promise a timeline yet but it's on our radar. On the heat and lag: the app runs the AI model directly on your phone instead of sending it to a server, which is what lets it work offline and keeps your prompts private. That's also why it can get pretty intensive on the processor, especially with longer stories. We're working on optimizing it, but some of that load is just the cost of doing it on-device rather than in the cloud. Also, if you ever run into small issues like that regeneration glitch, don't hesitate to use the "Contact Us" button in the app and send us some details, screenshots if you have them help a lot too. Since we don't track any usage data, that's really the only way we find out about these things, so it makes a real difference.
