Easy to navigate.
Take the Citizen Times with you wherever you go! Windy or rainy weather is no longer a problem.
I’ve just begun subscribing and am very happy with the newspaper overall. I like the layout, the local, national and world coverage and the Parade section. The only reason I didn’t give the full five stars is the difficulty in locating the Editorial page and Opinions. They are not listed in the Index so I have to flip through all pages until I find those particular pages.

Ease access, and ease to use
It’s so nice to be able to read the paper on my iPad. The print is so easy to see and it’s a snap to navigate to different sections. I’ve really been enjoying it. Also, no newspapers to pile up and dispose of.
Reading the Citizen-Times on my iPad is convenient, easy, and offers additional features.
I like this app when I’m not at home to read the newspaper.
Review of the ACT online paper give me a recap of the local news.
No waste for newsprint app that is easily navigated. It would get a 5 star rating if it were not quirky sometimes about not giving access without having to re-enter the password. It should store it and auto load the paper w/o having to do that again on the same device that is always used for reading the paper.

This is a wonderful app on my iPad. Easy to use. Lots of options.
Opens quickly and can maneuver with a keyboard. No ability to print or email individually stories.
During a difficult time for newspapers to operate, the Citizen Times provides well researched and written news for the community. The online version is easy to use and I really like the collaboration with USA Today to provide national news.
Doesn’t crash or time out as frequently as before.
Stable, easy to load, scroll, and read.
I read this newspaper every day and have for many, many years. It is how I keep up with news concerning my hometown (Asheville) and surrounding area.
I use to love reading the printed newspaper to start every day. I was reluctant to switch to digital and now I prefer it I can magnify the print with just a touch for easier reading, and I don’t have to go outside in cold or rainy weather to get the paper. I like having the editions saved so I can go back to them a few days later to review certain articles or retrieve specific information. I don’t have to worry about sometimes getting a delayed delivery due to icy roads, and I can read it right away when I wake up earlier than usual In short, it’s convenient, easy to use, and consistent.

Subscriber for most of 14 years we have been in the Asheville area and we enjoy the Sunday edition in particular.
So much better than piling up stacks of newsprint. I’m in Haywood County but I can read what is of interest, with some finger manipulations. Works for me!
We use the app while traveling. A very easy read.
