Rude, unprofessional staff
I was in a hurry and the app was glitching I called customer support and was being treated like a piece of dirt. Useless staff all around.
Unclear how to use
Try to add an account to not pay cash but asks for an account number and password? Not clear what this means. Try logging in on their website and just crashes
Charge not for speed meter
Driver charge me 8.95£ more is ridiculous good when he is not left I take my money back
