It’s a horrible app
Every time I log out, the next time I have to reset my password. I may just go to Wings. Fix this!
Great customer service
Had to call in a few times over the years I’ve been with them. Never was let down, great & friendly customer service on the phone every time. App works just as needed, never complicated.

Ashland Credit Union member since 1980 when I financed the first of many car loans, as well as personal and home mortgages. Also, Christmas club and personal savings. Customer Service is A+. My adult kids and my sister also call ACU home. No reason to bank anywhere else.

The app is great but the online bill pay is not accurate at all. Hope someone can fix this problem.
Logon security, bill pay
Can’t display payments already scheduled. Bill pay, First letter of logon screen sometimes uppercase, sometimes not. User logon name is fully displayed. NOW, can’t logout of account!!! I’ve always used an iPad for banking, now impossible to logout, I’ve reported twice, nothing has been done. I’m reluctant to use now. I have deleted and re-added the app, still have problem! I was told by last CU staff member that my account was secure even if I couldn’t logout and it could not be fixed! I find that hard to believe. I have had problems ever since the new bill pay system was installed.
